College Football- Week 5 Predictions

Auburn v.s. 10 South Carolina
South Carolina is 4-0 yet they very easily could be 2-2. They really haven't played well early in games, but with Marcus Lattimore, I guess that's why they're 4-0. I really want to pick Auburn this week, but I can't. South Carolina will be undefeated for another week.
South Carolina 26-17

Michigan State v.s. Ohio State
One thing I learned about Ohio State is that they always seem to win the games they need to win at home. Ohio State edges Michigan State by a field goal.
Ohio State 24-21

15 Baylor v.s. Kansas State
Robert Griffin III will get things going early against Kansas State. The Wildcats won't know what hit them.
Baylor 41-17

14 Texas A&M v.s. 14 Arkansas
This game is probably the toughest to call this week. Both teams are coming off disappointing losses. A&M is better than Arkansas but Arkansas has this game at home. I'm going to take the Aggies because they have a little bit more of an edge to them as they look to prove that they are better than the team that blew the game against Oklahoma State.
Texas A&M 30-24

13 Clemson v.s. 11 Virginia Tech
Clemson has pulled off two straight impressive victories but it ends today at Virginia Tech. Tech is a stronger team than Florida State and Auburn and Clemson faces them on the road. If Clemson were to win this game, they enter the discussion of BCS title contenders. But it's not going to happen.
Virginia Tech 27-17

8 Nebraska v.s. 7 Wisconsin
Nebraska has its first big time Big 10 (really the Big 12) test. They're going to need to slow down Russell Wilson and not make many mistakes in order to win. I don't see this happening. Taylor Martinez will have a tough day and Wisconsin will notch an impressive win.
Wisconsin 31-16

Game of the Week
3 Alabama v.s. 12 Florida
The Tide rolls into the Swamp. Florida to me looks very good this year and this will not by any means be easy for A.J. McCarron and Alabama. I think Florida will get up early but it will be Trent Richardson who boosts his Heisman stock by leading Alabama back to tie the game and eventually win in overtime. I expect this game to be one of the best of the season.
Alabama 42-39 (2OT)

Last Week: 4-4
Season: 17-14
Game of the Week: 2-2
